It was self love. I lacked the ability to celebrate me and enjoy who I authentically am. I found myself becoming more entrapped in the rat race of capitalism and forgetting my why. I found myself continuing to feel sad and spiraling in negative thinking despite all that was going well.
I had to stop and reflect on my mindset: the stories I was telling myself and the patterns of thinking I was not letting go. I had to face my limiting beliefs and decide who I am at my core.
