Hey Lori, what areas of life do you specialize in coaching?
I specialize in coaching professional women who are navigating the unique challenges of male-dominated industries, helping them find their voice, stand in their authority, and lead with confidence. I support single mothers in balancing the demands of career and family while still prioritizing their own growth and well-being. I work with individuals processing personal loss, guiding them through the healing process and helping them rediscover purpose and hope.
I also empower women who are ready to build self-confidence, break free from self-doubt, and embrace their strengths. For women in seasons of transition—whether in career, relationships, or personal identity—I provide the clarity, direction, and encouragement needed to move forward with confidence and purpose.
I am a passionate life coach dedicated to helping women discover their authentic selves and live the life of their dreams. With years of experience in the male dominated financial services industry and climbing the corporate ladder, transitioning through personal loss, becoming a single parent, and moving cross country to start a new chapter, I understand the unique challenges women face while trying to balance all of life's demands.
My own personal journey has been one of hard work, determination, transformation and resilience and I believe every woman has the power and ability to break free from self-limiting beliefs, release themselves from their own self-imposed prison, and find their voice in the world. My approach is rooted in empathy, intuition and empowerment. I hold a safe space where women can explore their potential, confront their fears and embrace their true selves.
