I spent years as VP of Sales at a $5B company, leading teams of over 120 people — and I thought that if I just hit the next number, the next title, I'd finally feel like I'd arrived. Then a new career, a new city, and a stretch of real uncertainty knocked me sideways, and I learned the hard way that no amount of external success fixes what's happening on the inside.
Coaching was my turning point. It wasn't a quick fix — it was the tools, the accountability, and the honest work that made me the fastest-growing first-year franchisee in my organization's history, and more importantly, got me back to myself. That's exactly why I do this now.

This isn't a single session — it's a relationship, from the very first hour. We start with a 90-minute Discovery Session, including our preferred professional Enneagram assessment, where we begin mapping the patterns that have been quietly running your life without your permission. Then we meet three more times, 60 minutes each, to actually work with what we found.
Here's the truth: real change doesn't happen in one sitting. It happens in the follow-through — which is exactly why this isn't a "one and done" fix. Between sessions, you'll get homework and tools built specifically for you, so you're not just nodding along in the room and forgetting it all by Tuesday. You're practicing it in your actual life, with someone checking in on how it's going.
